With an AI-powered solution, we consolidated HTML5 banner production into a single creative workflow, from design to platform-specific coding.
The project aimed to radically modernize the digital ad production processes of a full-service agency. We introduced an AI-driven system that allows the entire lifecycle of HTML5 banners to be concentrated in the hands of a single professional. The platform supports the entire workflow, from developing the initial visual concept and fine-tuning animations to exporting specific code required by various ad platforms. This integrated approach elevated the agency's digital portfolio to a new level, ensuring the rapid and standardized production of technologically flawless, platform-independent advertisements.

THE PROBLEM
Unnecessary internal review loops and modification processes between creative and development teams significantly slowed down banner production.
Traditional HTML5 banner production at a full-service agency requires heavy internal coordination, which often becomes a bottleneck. Previously, the process was sharply divided between the creative and development sides: designers created the visual world and animations, and programmers had to convert them into ad platform-specific code. This divide caused numerous unnecessary internal review loops, misunderstandings, and errors due to version tracking and technical requirements. This constant back-and-forth not only consumed valuable time and resources but also diluted the creative concept, leading to longer turnaround times and, ultimately, client impatience.

With AI, a single designer can manage the entire process, resulting in faster production and higher client satisfaction.
The new AI-powered workflow completely dismantled internal organizational walls. Thanks to this intelligent solution, a single creative designer can now independently handle the entire process: from the initial idea and animation settings to the final HTML5 export. Since the task is no longer handed off to another department, we completely eliminated unnecessary internal modification loops. Production accelerated dramatically while ad quality improved, as the artistic concept remained in one hand and was not distorted during coding. Shorter deadlines, precise platform-specific code, and higher creative standards directly boosted client satisfaction.
